​​Our Yuletide Bazaar is ALWAYS the second Saturday in November.  The Bazaar is the major fundraiser for GFWC Mountain Pine Woman's Club.  Proceeds from this event provide college scholarships for local high school seniors, athletic scholarships for the Parker Fieldhouse, and support for our active duty military and veterans, and local, state , national and international charities.

RESTRICTIONS

  • The number of vendors admitted to each product category is limited. This provides adequate competition within the category and offers a better shopping experience for shoppers & vendors alike.
  • We also limit the numbers of vendor types/categories, except artisan/crafters.
  • Once these vendor &/or product categories are filled/closed, vendors completing the application will be placed on a Waiting List, should an opening occur.
  • ​Home Improvement vendors are not accepted.

​​​​​​Do you want customers to refer their friends to you?

Then we ask that you:

  • Have a sign that identifies your booth name
  • Wear something (e.g. NAMETAG) that identifies your company and you.
  • Consider sponsoring the Yuletide event to get your company name included on the handout given to shoppers, the banner advertising the event, and/or your name included in all advertising for the event
